Our Process

Step 1. Consultation

Our process begins with a 1-hour on-site consultation where we discuss your project’s scope, design ideas, and landscaping needs. For clients outside Sydney, we arrange an online consultation via Zoom. Following this, we will provide you with a fee proposal for design work.

Step 2. Landscape Design

Our comprehensive landscape concept package showcases our vision for your space. It includes a scaled landscape plan, concept imagery, plant palette, lighting plan, and optional 3D perspectives. We also address any council controls or requirements during this stage. Typically, designs are completed within 3-5 weeks, depending on the scope, size of the project and whether 3D perspectives are included.

Step 3. Quoting

Once the design is finalised, we will work and liaise with the highest quality tradespeople to ensure your project is brought to life to the utmost standard. They will provide you with a budget estimate for the construction and implementation for your consideration. Once the budget has been confirmed, they will then prepare and present to you a formal construction quote.

Step 4. Approvals

While not always necessary, if your landscape requires council approval, we manage the research, preparation, drafting and lodgement of the whole process.
